Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact, ensure client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Resolve client concerns and complaints efficiently
- Track and report on relationship performance and client feedback
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or client servicing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Good organizational and time-management skills
