- Timely Installment Collection: Personally visit subscribers in the field or use digital methods to collect monthly chit installments on or before the due date.
- Overdue & Delinquency Management: Proactively track members who miss payment deadlines, inquire about delays, and collect associated penalty fees.
- Payment Reminders: Send direct payment alerts, distribute receipts, and inform members of upcoming auction dates or chit-related deadlines.
- Client Relationship Management: Address customer inquiries, build a high level of trust, and ensure smooth financial interactions to promote loyalty.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain accurate ledgers for cash and digital transactions, and submit daily collection and discrepancy reports to branch management.
- Document Verification: Assist with basic KYC documentation collection and onboarding paperwork for new or existing subscribers.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
