Job Summary:
We are a growing sheet metal manufacturing company in Faridabad looking for an experienced Plant Head to manage complete plant operations and customer coordination. The candidate will be responsible for production, quality, maintenance, dispatch, and handling both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day plant operations (production, planning, quality, maintenance).
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage relationships with new and existing customers.
- Control production costs, wastage, and improve efficiency.
- Lead and supervise plant team and ensure discipline and safety.
- Handle customer visits, audits, and technical discussions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in sheet metal manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of laser cutting, bending, welding, and fabrication.
- Leadership skills with ability to take full plant responsibility.
Preferred: Experience working with OEM customers.
