Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with business objectives.
- Perform monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, and business performance tracking.
- Prepare profitability reports, MIS reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor cash flow, collections, and working capital performance.
- Coordinate asset capitalization, utilization reviews, and asset management activities.
- Track receivables and ensure timely collection to meet business targets.
- Manage accruals, provisions, and month-end closing activities.
- Perform financial reconciliations and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Support statutory audits, internal audits, and preparation of audit schedules.
- Manage vendor master data and finance-related ERP activities.
- Monitor revenue and expense allocation across business units.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, insurance policies, and statutory compliances.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, legal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Drive financial controls, process improvements, and compliance initiatives.
Requisites
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting.
- Experience in Financial Reporting, MIS, and Variance Analysis.
- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards and Financial Controls.
- Knowledge of Taxation, GST Compliance, and Audit Processes.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle.
- Expertise in Cash Flow Management and Working Capital Monitoring.
- Strong reconciliation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exposure to Logistics, Supply Chain, Port Operations, Infrastructure, or related industries is preferred.
