## 1. Excellent Communication & Coordination Skills
- Patient Interaction: Responding to patient inquiries, providing information, and guiding them through the treatment process.
- Doctor Interaction: Building relationships with referring doctors, gynecologists, and other medical professionals to promote the fertility center's services.
- Team Collaboration: Working with the center's staff, including doctors, nurses, and administrative personnel, to ensure smooth operations.
## 2. Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks
- Campaign Management: Managing multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously, such as social media, email marketing, and events.
- Data Management: Tracking and analyzing data on patient interactions, campaign performance, and market trends.
- Prioritization: Prioritizing tasks, managing time effectively, and meeting deadlines.
## 3. Executing Camps, OPD, and Other Promotional Activities
- Camps: Organizing and conducting fertility awareness camps, screening camps, or other events to attract potential patients.
- OPD (Outpatient Department): Managing OPD services, ensuring smooth operations, and promoting the center's services to patients.
- Doctor Engagement Activities: Organizing events, meetings, or workshops to engage with doctors and promote the center's services.
- One-to-One Activities: Meeting with potential patients, doctors, or partners to discuss their needs and promote the center's services.
## 4. Daily 6 Drs Calls
- Purpose: Building relationships, promoting the center's services, and discussing potential partnerships or referrals.
- Script: Having a clear, concise script to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
## 5. Prepare Master Doctor List
- Purpose: Creating a comprehensive list of doctors, including their contact information, specialties, and interests.
- Uses: Using the list for outreach, engagement, and promotional activities, as well as tracking interactions and follow-ups
