JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a professional, customer-focused, and energetic F&B Steward to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest service while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and courteous attitude.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and professional food and beverage service.
- Set up, clean, and maintain restaurant tables and service areas according to hotel standards.
- Take guest orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving service concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all dining areas.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and banquet/event services as required.
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all hotel policies, food safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform opening, closing, and side duties assigned by the restaurant supervisor or manager.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a hotel, restaurant, or resort preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or the local language is an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with excellent grooming standards.
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
