About the Job:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our real estate team. This is primarily a field-based role involving customer interactions, property site visits, and explaining real estate projects to prospective buyers while helping them find the right property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain project details, pricing, offers to prospective buyers.
- Plan and manage site visits for prospective buyers.
- Assist customer throughout the sales process and maintain regular follow-ups until closure.
- Coordinate with the internal team for documentation, onboarding, and customer support.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service before and after the sale.
- Stay updated on company projects, pricing, and local real estate market trends.
Requirements:
- Willingness to travel extensively across Hyderabad for property site visits.
- Education: BBA / MBA / any other related field.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good spoken English and Telugu. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Good sales skills with the ability to communicate confidently and convince customers.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is an added advantage.
