Job Title: MIS Executive / MIS Analyst (Fresher)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and confident MIS Executive / MIS Analyst with advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support business reporting, data analysis, and management information systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in handling large datasets, creating automated reports, and generating actionable business insights. MBA candidates will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and automate MIS reports and business dashboards.

Analyze large volumes of data and provide meaningful insights to management.

Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting tools, trackers, and performance reports.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely submission of reports.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and trend analysis.

Support various departments with data-driven reporting requirements.

Create and manage KPI reports for business performance monitoring.

Assist in process improvement through reporting automation and data analysis.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and present business data.
