Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales Operations Executive to streamline and
optimize our sales processes using HubSpot CRM. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure
smooth CRM operations, accurate data management, and actionable insights, driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HubSpot CRM Management:
- Maintain and update the HubSpot CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement workflows, automation, and integrations to improve sales processes.
2. Sales Process Optimization:
- Analyze sales funnel metrics and provide actionable insights to improve lead conversion rates.
- Develop and enforce sales process best practices, ensuring eRiciency across the team.
3. Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on sales performance and KPIs.
- Monitor pipeline health and recommend strategies for improvement.
4. Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align eRorts and maximize ROI.
- Train sales staR on HubSpot features and ensure adoption of tools and processes.
5. Support and Troubleshooting:
- Act as the go-to person for all HubSpot-related issues and questions.
- Work with HubSpot support or developers for advanced customizations or problem resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a related role.
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including workflows, reports, and automation.
- Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with APIs or integrations is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to work with cross functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful in troubleshooting issues and streamlining processes.
