About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Sr. Sales Executive to expand our market presence, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing distributor and retailer networks, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the customer base by identifying and acquiring new distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure effective product placement, visibility, and promotion across assigned territories.
- Coordinate with distributors to maintain optimal stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Prepare sales quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.
- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
- Gather market intelligence on pricing, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and daily activity reports.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of FMCG sales channels and distribution networks.
- Ability to identify market opportunities and convert leads into business.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 7+ years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in distributor management and channel sales is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
