Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Career Advisor to guide candidates throughout their job search and career development journey. The candidate will be responsible for understanding candidate profiles, providing career guidance, supporting job applications, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand candidates’ skills, experience, education, and career goals.
- Provide personalized career guidance and recommend suitable job opportunities.
- Review and optimize resumes according to job requirements.
- Search and apply for suitable job opportunities through US job portals.
- Coordinate with recruiters regarding candidate profiles and requirements.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide interview guidance.
- Follow up with candidates regarding applications, interviews, and feedback.
- Maintain accurate candidate records using MS Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, or CRM.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates through regular communication.
- Track candidates from application through interview and placement.
- Motivate candidates and provide solutions to challenges during their job search.
- Achieve daily and monthly application, interview, and placement targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Career Counseling, Career Advisory, Recruitment, Placement Services, Customer Relationship Management, Inside Sales, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of job-search and recruitment processes.
- Strong follow-up and candidate management skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience with US job portals or US staffing is an added advantage.
Preferred Designations / Background
Candidates with experience as a Career Advisor, Career Consultant, Career Counselor, Placement Consultant, Recruitment Executive, Candidate Success Executive, Customer Relationship Executive, or Inside Sales Executive are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
