Job Summary :
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching cybersecurity concepts, ethical hacking techniques, and industry tools aligned with current standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on cybersecurity fundamentals and ethical hacking concepts
- Teach topics such as network security, web application security, cryptography, and penetration testing
- Provide hands-on training using tools like Kali Linux, Metasploit, Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, etc.
- Design course materials, assignments, and real-time project exercises
- Guide students in lab setup and practical simulations
- Conduct assessments, quizzes, and evaluate student performance
- Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and tools
- Assist students with career guidance, certifications, and interview preparation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewalls, VPNs)
- Hands-on experience in ethical hacking and penetration testing
- Familiarity with operating systems (Linux, Windows)
- Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
- Strong communication and teaching skills
Preferred Certifications
- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- CompTIA Security+
- CISSP (optional but preferred)
- OSCP (advanced level – added advantage)
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity training or industry experience
- Freshers with strong practical skills and certifications can also apply
