We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay (CVP) Consultant with strong expertise in implementing and supporting Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
- Gather business requirements and configure compensation cycles, bonus plans, guidelines, and eligibility rules.
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to optimize processes.
- Perform testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Support integrations with Employee Central and third-party systems.
- Prepare functional specifications and user documentation.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of SAP HR / SuccessFactors experience.
- Minimum 2+ end-to-end implementations in Compensation & Variable Pay.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

7+ years of SAP Security/GRC experience
