- Manage and maintain customer relationship records accurately
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback professionally
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support activities
- Maintain customer database and update daily interactions in CRM software
- Generate leads and support customer retention activities
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding services, offers, and appointments
- Prepare CRM reports and maintain proper documentation
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills required
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM software experience preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
