We are seeking a skilled Machine Maintenance Engineer with experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance of manufacturing machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance, ensuring maximum machine uptime, and maintaining safe and efficient plant operations in an office furniture manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, control panels, motors and machine wiring.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Ensure smooth functioning of CNC machines, edge banding machines, panel saws, drilling machines, compressors, and dust collection systems.
- Maintain electrical panels, power distribution systems, and utility equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance logs and service records.
- Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities.
- Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical regulations, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for machine servicing when required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
