Fortune MG Tiruvalla is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our dealership sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in automobile sales, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the dealership sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize vehicle sales and market share.
- Monitor daily sales activities, customer enquiries, and conversion ratios.
- Coach and mentor sales executives through regular training and performance reviews.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and finance & insurance partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis for management.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Coordinate with CRM, Marketing, Finance, and Service departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial role in an automobile dealership.
- Overall experience in automobile sales is preferred.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and dealership management systems.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
