Job Title: Test Center Administrator & Receptionist
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Test Center Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our testing facility while seamlessly handling front-desk reception duties. The ideal candidate ensures a secure, quiet, and comfortable environment for testing candidates while managing visitor inquiries, scheduling, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
Testing & Proctoring Operations
- Candidate Check-in: Verify candidate identities, check required documentation, and explain test procedures.
- Test Delivery: Manage the exam delivery process, start/stop sessions, and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
- Security & Compliance: Strictly enforce testing rules and regulations to prevent cheating and maintain a secure environment.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot minor hardware and software issues with testing workstations and report escalations
Reception & Front Desk Duties
- Visitor Management: Welcome, greet, and direct candidates, clients, and walk-in visitors.
- Call Handling: Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and take messages.
- Inquiry Management: Address general queries regarding testing policies, schedules, and center services (via phone, email, and in-person).
Administrative Support
- Scheduling: Manage the test center calendar, book appointments, and coordinate testing slots.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, sign-in/sign-out logs, and handle confidential candidate data securely.
- Inventory & Maintenance: Monitor office supplies, manage testing materials, and ensure the reception and testing areas are clean and tidy
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or a testing/invigilation environment.
- Tech Skills: Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Sensory Abilities: Must be comfortable sitting for long periods, hearing soft voices, and detecting details from a distance.
Pay: ₹8,597.81 - ₹30,995.64 per month
