The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for generating business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization. The role involves identifying new markets, managing partnerships, handling client interactions, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and field visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Present company services/products to prospective clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support
- Prepare business reports, proposals, and market updates
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up with leads and maintain client database

Qualification & Experience
