We are currently looking for an experienced Housekeeping Faculty who can build, mentor, and train candidates into disciplined industry-ready professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Training
Train candidates in:
- Residential housekeeping
- Deep cleaning procedures
- Commercial cleaning standards
- Washroom sanitation
- Chemical usage and dilution
- Machine handling
- Surface care techniques
- PPE and safety standards
- Tool handling and maintenance
- SOP-based cleaning execution
Professional Development Training
Train candidates in:
- Grooming and hygiene
- Customer communication
- Professional behavior
- Team discipline
- Workplace ethics
- Time management
- Reporting culture
- Quality mindset
Practical & Field Training
- Conduct live demonstrations
- Train candidates on real execution standards
- Monitor trainee performance during practical sessions
- Prepare candidates for field deployment
Assessments & Documentation
- Conduct practical evaluations
- Maintain trainee reports and attendance
- Identify weak candidates and retrain where required
- Support certification and assessment activities
Preferred Candidate Background

Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years experience in housekeeping operations, hospitality training, or facility management training
- Prior trainer/faculty experience preferred
- Supervisory experience in hotels or FM companies is an added advantage
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
(Based on experience, training capability, and industry background)
