Luxury Sales & Customer Engagement
- Engage with prospective customers and understand their lifestyle and investment preferences
- Present ONEX projects with a strong focus on design, lifestyle, location advantages, and premium living experience
- Conduct site visits, walkthroughs, and personalized sales presentations
- Manage the complete sales journey from enquiry to closure
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and referral networks
- Develop long-term customer relationships through high-quality service and engagement
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey
Brand Representation
- Represent ONEX at events, exhibitions, and networking forums
- Maintain premium communication standards aligned with the ONEX brand
- Deliver a high-trust and high-touch customer interaction experience
CRM & Sales Process
- Maintain lead pipeline and customer interactions through CRM
- Ensure timely follow-ups and coordination with internal teams
- Support documentation and sales operations processes
Market Awareness
- Stay updated on luxury real estate trends and competitor projects
- Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership
Must Have
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation and relationship-building ability
- Experience in luxury real estate, premium retail, hospitality, automobile, or high-value sales
