We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with 3–5 years of experience in international sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, be confident in cold calling, client meetings, and closing high-value deals, and consistently achieve monthly sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking. Schedule and conduct online meetings with potential clients. Understand client requirements and present tailored digital marketing and IT solutions. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into paying clients. Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
Requirements 3–5 years of experience in International Sales, IT Services, Digital Marketing, or B2B Sales. Excellent spoken and written English. Proven experience in cold calling and lead conversion. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage. Target-oriented mindset with a proven sales track record. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monthly sales target achievement. Monthly conversion rate. Number of qualified meetings conducted. Client acquisition and revenue generation. Lead follow-up and CRM management.
