- Generate and manage sales leads through direct sales, references, walk-ins, and Channel Partners (CP).
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and booking procedures to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers for conversion.
- Coordinate with CRM, accounts, legal, and sales coordination teams for smooth booking process.
- Ensure timely collection follow-ups and documentation from customers.
- Maintain daily sales reports, lead status, and customer database updates.
- Participate in promotional activities, property exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Handle customer queries and provide prompt resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and processes.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
