Hiring: Site Supervisor (Labour & Machinery)
Location: Bommasandra, Bangalore
Industry: Construction / Residential High-Rise Projects
Experience Required: 5–12 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15–30 days preferred
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage labour operations and site machinery for a residential high-rise apartment project (6 Towers, B+S+15). The candidate should have strong manpower handling skills, construction site supervision experience, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily labour workforce at the construction site
- Mobilize manpower as per project requirements
- Allocate labour according to daily work planning
- Monitor and manage construction machinery and equipment usage
- Ensure proper deployment of mixers, vibrators, hoists, and other equipment
- Coordinate machinery maintenance and breakdown reporting
- Track labour productivity and machine efficiency
- Maintain daily labour and machinery utilization reports
- Ensure adherence to safety practices on site
- Coordinate with Site Engineers and subcontractors for smooth execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–12 years of experience in construction site supervision
- Experience handling labour and construction machinery
- Strong manpower mobilization and productivity management skills
- Basic understanding of RCC and finishing activities
- Ability to coordinate equipment usage and reporting
- Good discipline management and team coordination skills
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
