We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Analyst to design, develop, and support integrations between Workday and external systems. This role requires strong technical expertise in Workday integration tools, solid analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Web Services
- Build and support integrations between Workday and third‑party/internal systems
- Monitor integration performance and ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve integration failures and data issues in a timely manner
- Support Workday releases, patches, and updates, ensuring integrations continue to function as expected
- Develop custom reports, including Advanced and Matrix reports, to support business needs
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements from clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with functional teams (HCM, Finance, Payroll) to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, and support materials
- Participate in testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Hands‑on experience with Workday Integration tools (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Web Services)
- Strong understanding of inbound and outbound integration patterns
- Experience creating and maintaining custom and advanced Workday reports
- Knowledge of XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs (preferred)
- Familiarity with Workday HCM and/or Financials modules (preferred)
- Understanding of data security and access controls in Workday

Pay: ₹1,700,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
