Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Mathematics Teacher to teach students in Grades XI and XII. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, preparing students for board examinations, and fostering analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging mathematics lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Teach core topics such as Algebra, Calculus, Trigonometry, Coordinate Geometry, Probability, Statistics, and other senior secondary mathematics concepts.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, question papers, and assessment materials.
- Evaluate and grade students’ classwork, homework, and examinations.
- Identify students’ learning needs and provide remedial support when required.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and performance.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Encourage critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification (as per institutional requirements).
- Minimum ___ years of teaching experience at senior secondary level (preferred).
- Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
