Salary: Up to ₹90,000/month + Performance Incentives
Responsibilities:-
- Generate international business for SEO, Web Development & Mobile App Development services.
- Identify leads, connect with international clients, and build strong relationships.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
- Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
- BDMs: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team while achieving targets.
Requirements:-
- Experience in International Sales / Business Development, preferably IT services.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client handling and closing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Team management experience required for BDM.
