Key Responsibilities:
- Receive materials from suppliers and verify quantity and quality as per purchase orders.
- Maintain inward and outward stock records.
- Issue materials to production, maintenance, and other departments as per approved requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages and reorder requirements.
- Maintain proper storage and identification of materials.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and Material Issue Slips.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Maintain store registers and ERP/software records accurately.
- Ensure housekeeping and 5S implementation in the store area.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Accounts departments regarding material requirements.
- Maintain records of PPE, uniforms, tools, and employee-issued materials.
- Follow safety procedures while handling materials and chemicals.
- Assist during internal audits, ISO audits, and inventory inspections.
- Ensure proper storage of activated carbon raw materials, packing materials, and consumables.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
- Knowledge of inventory management is preferred.
Experience:
- 0 to 3 years experience in Stores / Inventory Management.
- Experience in manufacturing industries preferred.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
