Key responsibilities
- Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person.
- Sales and Acquisition: Find and acquire new customers through open market sales, telecalling, or following up on leads.
- Product Promotion: Introduce and promote the products, such as Gold Loan, Fixed Deposit, Recurring Deposit, Hospy Cash, Health Insurance
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Target Achievement: Work to achieve sales targets and contribute to the business's growth.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales and customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
Required skills and qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers.
- Customer Interaction: A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to customer service.
- Sales Aptitude: Willingness to engage in sales activities and meet sales goals.
- Education: Any degree
- Experience: NBFCs, Nidhi, ex-bankers, or insurance are often preferred, but freshers may be considered.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
