Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the financial operations of our thriving jewellery showroom.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Manage inventory tracking for jewellery and supplies. (This might involve specific software or methods with tag's).
- Prepare tax returns (if applicable).
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Work with external auditors (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.(Under Graduate can be consider)
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the retail or luxury goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with inventory management systems specific to jewellery.
- Knowledge of GST/Sales Tax regulations.
- Experience with high-value inventory control.
- tally or other relevant professional certifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pandeypur, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
