We are seeking a high-energy, clinically literate Medical Sales Representative to drive the adoption of our within Target Market, e.g., hospitals, private clinics, pharmacies. You will serve as the primary link between our company and healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring they are equipped with the clinical data and support necessary to improve patient outcomes using our solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Territory Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to identify, target, and convert high-potential HCPs and healthcare institutions.
- Clinical Consultation: Conduct daily face-to-face meetings with physicians, specialists, and procurement staff to educate them on clinical benefits, efficacy, and safe usage of our products.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and decision-makers through consistent follow-up, educational support, and professional networking.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product launches; provide actionable feedback to the marketing and leadership teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to all healthcare industry standards, company policies, and legal regulations regarding medical promotion and ethical interaction with HCPs.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate records of all sales calls, interactions, and opportunity pipelines within the company CRM system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or B2B field sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Clinical Fluency: Ability to interpret and explain clinical trials, medical literature, and technical product data to diverse stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex medical information.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, or Zoho) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom/Teams)
