Key Responsibilities
* Follow up with prospective and existing clients through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
* Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project tours.
* Attend property events, exhibitions, launches, and client meetings.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Generate sales opportunities and close deals effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM.
* Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
