Job Summary
Shelly Chemical Industries is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller & Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating leads, supporting sales activities, and managing the company's digital presence across various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and distributors.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Promote company products and explain their features and benefits.
- Manage customer communication through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Create and publish content on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily call reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and online customer engagement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Graduation is preferred.
Experience
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
