Job Overview:
Fitwel Group of Companies is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Billing Executive for its pure B2B pharmaceutical business model, dealing with distributors across India. The role involves billing operations, distributor handling, offer communication, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Distributor Handling
- Manage billing and coordination with existing distributors across PAN India
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure repeat business
2. Billing Operations
- Generate Proforma Invoices and Final Invoices accurately
- Ensure correct pricing, schemes, and product details
- Maintain proper billing records and documentation
3. Software Handling
- Work on Marg ERP / MonitorPlus Pharma Software (preferred)
- Ensure accurate order entry, item codes, and billing data
4. Offer & Scheme Communication (Core B2B Role)
- Regularly share with distributors:
- Latest offers & schemes
- Price lists
- New product launches
- Product reminders
- Communicate via WhatsApp, email, and calls
- Follow up to convert communication into actual orders
5. Sales & Order Follow-up
- Promote slow-moving and priority products
- Follow up with distributors for:
- Pending orders
- Inactive parties (30+ days no order)
- Drive sales from assigned distributors
6. Dispatch & Coordination
- Coordinate with the warehouse/dispatch team for order processing
- Ensure dispatch as per payment terms
- Work closely with Accounts, Billing, and Marketing teams
7. Reporting & Record Keeping
- Maintain records of billing, orders, and distributor communication
- Track distributor performance and order trends
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in pharmaceutical B2B billing preferred
- Knowledge of Marg ERP / MonitorPlus is an advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple distributors and follow-ups
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
Eligibility:
- Male / Female
- Graduate (Commerce preferred, not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Salary & Incentives:
- Salary: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
