Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the organization's staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements from department managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and employment terms with selected candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
- Meet recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to assess candidates effectively.
- Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong networking and sourcing abilities.

- Candidate satisfaction and retention.
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives (if applicable)
Experience Required: 1–5 Years
Industry Preference: Recruitment, BFSI, Loans, Insurance, Sales Hiring, Corporate Recruitment.
Pay: ₹9,350.42 - ₹30,948.14 per month
