Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Trainer / Learning & Development professional
to design, coordinate, and deliver employee training and development programs across our facility.
The role will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing effective learning programs,
conducting training for employees across production, quality, warehouse, maintenance, sales, and support
functions, and evaluating training effectiveness.
The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in employee training and development, preferably
within an FMCG, food manufacturing, beverage, or other manufacturing environment, with strong
communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Training Needs Analysis
Identify training and development needs through discussions with department heads, managers,
supervisors, and employees.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) based on performance gaps, competency requirements,
business priorities, and compliance needs.
Develop annual and monthly training calendars based on organizational requirements.
Identify skill gaps among employees and recommend suitable training interventions.
2. Training Program Development & Delivery
Design and deliver training programs for employees at different levels.
Conduct classroom, practical, on-the-job, and behavioural training sessions.
Develop training content, presentations, assessments, and learning materials.
Organize refresher training and skill-upgradation programs for existing employees.
Ensure training programs are interactive, practical, and relevant to the environment.
3. Employee Development
Develop behavioural and soft-skills training programs covering:
o Communication skills
o Team building
o Leadership skills
o Supervisory skills
o Time management
o Conflict management
o Problem-solving
o Workplace professionalism
o Employee engagement
Develop training programs for supervisors and managers to strengthen people-management
capabilities.
Support career development and competency-building initiatives.
7. Training Records & Documentation
Maintain accurate employee training records and individual training histories.
Track mandatory and skill-based training completion.
Maintain training attendance, assessment results, feedback forms, and certificates.
Prepare monthly and quarterly training reports.
8. HR & Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with department heads and functional managers to execute training plans.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR development programs.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational
Development, or a related field.
PGDM in HR or a relevant L&D qualification is preferred.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Employee Training, HR Training, or a similar
role.
Experience in FMCG, food processing, or a similar production environment is strongly preferred.
