Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports.
- Maintain records of business reviews, management meetings, and strategic initiatives.
- Support the preparation of presentations for management reviews and business meetings.
- Manage and maintain confidential business documents and records.
Coordination & Communication
- Organize meetings, conference calls, and customer visits.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, Minutes of Meeting (MOMs), and action trackers.
- Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and other correspondence.
- Act as a coordination point between management and internal/external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Experience in certification, auditing, quality management, or service industries will be preferred.

- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong follow-up and task-management capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
