Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in Manual QA
Strong expertise in manual testing with exposure to automation testing
Ability to understand and explain complex product workflows, business processes, and application functionality
Experience working in complex business domains
Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered testing tools and methodologies within the SDLC
Self-driven individual contributor with excellent collaboration skills
Experience mentoring and leading QA teams
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Xray Test Management
Experience working on HCM (Human Capital Management) products
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
Work Location: Remote
