Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and workflows
Build integrations using REST APIs, MID Server, JDBC & Integration Hub
Configure Business Rules, UI Policies, ACLs & Notifications
Implement AI-powered capabilities using Now Assist, Virtual Agent & Predictive Intelligence
Participate in upgrades, instance health checks, and platform enhancements
Mentor junior developers and follow Agile development practices
Must-Have Skills
4–6 years of ServiceNow Administration & Development
ServiceNow ITSM
JavaScript, REST APIs & Integration Hub
Workflow, Flow Designer, Business Rules, ACLs
AI / GenAI implementation within ServiceNow
Now Assist, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
