We're Hiring - Discharge Summary Executive
Location - Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Tanur, Malappuram

The Discharge Summary Executive is responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and compliant discharge summaries based on clinicians’ notes and medical records. The role ensures completeness, medical accuracy, and adherence to hospital standards, regulatory requirements, and turnaround times.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Medical scribing or Medical Transcription
- Minimum 1 year of experience in discharge summary preparation or medical transcription in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Software proficiency
Skills :
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, abbreviations, and clinical documentation standards.
- Excellent typing, grammar, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with EMR/HIS systems.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize discharge summaries from physician notes, case sheets, and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Accurately transcribe, edit, and format medical information in accordance with clinical documentation standards
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and medical terminology.
Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
