About the Role
We are looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of Fleet Studio's expanding product portfolio. The ideal candidate is confident engaging with prospective clients, adept at identifying opportunities across multiple product lines, and capable of independently managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to conversion.
This role requires someone who is commercially sharp, professionally presentable, and comfortable navigating complex buying decisions with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Familiarize yourself with all products and services across the Fleet Studio portfolio and articulate their value clearly to different buyer profiles
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, networking, and collaboration with the marketing team
- Manage pre-sales conversations: qualify inbound leads, understand prospect requirements, and guide them toward the appropriate product or solution
- Own the sales pipeline from discovery to close, including proposals, follow-ups, negotiations, and payment confirmation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, deal stages, and pipeline status within the CRM
- Build and sustain meaningful relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and identify upsell opportunities
- Attend relevant industry events, online communities, and networking forums to expand the prospect base
- Relay market feedback, objection patterns, and competitive observations to the product and marketing teams on a regular basis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a client-facing commercial role
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a product or service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in a regional language is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional, confident, and persuasive disposition
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and conversations simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM tools and a disciplined approach to pipeline hygiene
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
