Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, telephonic interviews, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding, employee documentation, and HR operations.
- Assist in employee lifecycle management activities.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives such as Fun Fridays and team events.
- Maintain recruitment and employee records accurately.
