Role Description The Housekeeping Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Le Foliage by TGI in Bengaluru South. The role involves overseeing the daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, public area upkeep, and laundry services, to ensure consistent hygiene and presentation standards. The Housekeeping Manager schedules and supervises housekeeping staff, conducts inspections, addresses maintenance and cleanliness issues, and coordinates with other departments to support smooth guest experiences. The role also includes training team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest service, managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, and handling guest requests or concerns related to housekeeping.
Qualifications
- Supervisory skills to lead, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry teams.
- Experience with laundry operations, including handling linens, garments, and equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Hiring skills, including interviewing, onboarding, and training housekeeping staff.
- Prior experience in hotel or resort housekeeping management is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety regulations, and infection control practices.
- Ability to plan schedules, manage inventories, and maintain detailed records.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is an advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
