We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Coordinator to support daily financial operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles and possess good analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records, invoices, and payment documentation.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and billing.
- Support bank reconciliations and expense tracking.
- Ensure accurate data entry in accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Support audits and compliance documentation when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in finance/accounts coordination.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
