Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead architectural design, planning, coordination, and execution of residential, commercial, and interior projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing design concepts, client coordination, site execution support, and ensuring projects are completed as per quality standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural planning and design for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare concept designs, working drawings, and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Review project requirements and ensure design feasibility.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations and standards.
- Manage project timelines, quality standards, and documentation.
- Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams.
- Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, and execution teams.
- Prepare presentations, BOQs, and project reports when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of materials, detailing, and site execution.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹19,680.46 - ₹80,860.91 per month
