Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead Management & Conversion: Proactively engage with incoming leads through outbound calling and consistent follow-ups to convert interest into active prospects.
- Project Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our real estate portfolio to confidently present project USPs, amenities, and pricing structures to potential buyers.
- Consultative Sales: Act as a real estate advisor by identifying specific client needs, budgets, and preferences to suggest the most suitable residential or plot options.
- Appointment Scheduling: Successfully drive the sales funnel by fixing site visits and ensuring seamless coordination between the client and the on-site sales closing team.
- CRM & Documentation: Meticulously maintain daily call logs and update lead statuses in the CRM/tracking system to ensure data accuracy.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead engagement and site visit scheduling to support the company’s growth objectives.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
