We're Hiring: Quality Executive (Molds & Dies Experience Only)
Orbitol Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. is a high-precision engineering company working with advanced CNC/VMC machines and manufacturing 5-micron accuracy components for the automotive, aerospace, medical, and precision engineering industries.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Executive with experience in the Molds & Dies industry to strengthen our quality and inspection team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspection of mold & die components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Dial Indicators, and other inspection tools.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to dimensional tolerances, surface finish, and quality standards.
- Identify defects, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Requirements
- Experience in the Molds & Dies industry is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality/Inspection of molds & dies.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset.
