Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Outbound Callers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting individual customers regarding car insurance, explaining policy details, assisting with renewals, and closing sales through our software system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding car insurance policies.
- Explain insurance benefits, renewal details, and coverage options.
- Assist customers in completing insurance procedures through the system.
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the software.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
Working time: 9.00 - 18:00
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Location: Porur, Chennai - 600116.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
