About the Role We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Sales Interns to join our team in promoting financial education programs. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion
- Identify and connect with potential students or professionals interested in financial education.
- Convert leads into enrolments through effective consultation and follow-ups.
- Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain a consistent and growing sales pipeline.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and enrolled students.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using CRM tools or company platforms.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Collaboration & Feedback
- Work closely with marketing and academic teams to optimize the sales process.
- Share customer feedback to support course improvement and strategy refinement.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Laptop ownership is mandatory
