Job Summary
Arteva Infratech is looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Telecaller to support its Real Estate division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and maintaining strong client relationships to support the sales team and drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases and marketing campaigns.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to residential and commercial properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and offers to potential buyers.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and preferred location.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to increase conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM software.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calling activities and lead status.
- Achieve assigned call, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Good customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and lead nurturing skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
