Job Title: Sales Manager – B2B (Field Role | Pune)
Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Sales Manager to drive B2B sales across Maharashtra. This role involves meeting partners on-ground, building strong relationships, and expanding our network of operators and vendors.
The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, comfortable with outreach and client meetings, and capable of independently managing and growing a territory.
Key Responsibilities
* Travel across Maharashtra to generate new business opportunities
* Identify and onboard B2B partners, vendors, and operators
* Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
* Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and meetups
* Pitch products/services and close business deals
* Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track leads
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and execution
Requirements & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
* Willingness to travel across Maharashtra
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and organized
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in exhibitions, trade fairs, or industry events
* Existing network of B2B operators/vendors
* Knowledge of regional markets (Marathi preferred)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
